Provide training in the areas of Environmental Restoration, Sustainable Development, Economic Analysis, Project Management, and many, many other subjects. The most cost effective way to accomplish this is through on-site instruction delivered by experts, consultants, visiting professors, etc.
Objective
A sustained schedule of technical and professional training seminars is needed to rapidly close the technology and information gap caused by years of intellectual isolation. New concepts and modern methods must be injected into the ministry at all levels
