Needs
Auditorium. The structural aspects of the auditorium have recently been repaired. However several different items are needed to get the auditorium functioning again. The auditorium seats around 220 people. A projection room is located in the balcony and needs to be epuipped with a projector and sound equipment. A large projection screen is located at the front of the auditorim and must be replaced. To fit these needs the Ministry will need: -Approximately 220 auditorium seats with pull out desk-tops (see attached) need to be purchased and installed. -16000 lumen projector, 1280×1024 Resolution -24×10 projector screen -surroud sound communications system: soundboard/mixer, speakers/PA, audio cables -multimedia computer with dual video cards -podium with microphone Computer Training Room. 40 high end computers capable of running GIS and Engineering software. 40 glass-top recessed computer workstations (see attached) 3500 lumen projector

The training gap between ministry employees and their counterparts in any other developed nation is immense. The Ministry is in great need of an in-house Training Center where employees can receive training by consultants or expert volunteers. Virtually
