Their is a desilting basin constructed with Faluja barrage at the head of the combined canal ,the combined canal supply a vast area of what is called Greater Abu-Ghreb project ,this large project is well developed ,but still facing some problem of silt deposit, Using the existing sedimentation basin in proper way (according to operation manual ) ,can greatly solve the issue of sedimentation in the ” Greater Abu-Ghraib project ”
