Description
This section serves the Diwaniyah-Shafi’iyah Planned Irrigation Projects. The estimated peak discharges 1.3 m^3/s for section DS-1 (discharging at km 177 of EED to the left), 6.5 m^3/s for section DS-2 (discharging at km 124 of EED to the left) and 5.7 m^3/s for section DS-3 (discharging at km 95 of EED to the left). The EED discharge into the MOD at km 189 (right side).
