Description

Educational opportunities for undergraduate or advanced study outside of Iraq were virtually impossible for the past 25 years. As a result, at least two generations of scientists and engineers have not been able to keep pace with emerging technology and concepts. Foreign study is essential to re-enrich the Ministry’s future leaders, managers, and decision makers.
