Description
Study the possibility of using the Slebat depression located west of Sammawa along Euphrates for flood control of lower Euphrates ( you recall the letter recently received from MOWR ) In diversion canal from Euphrates to the depression is without any Head regulator to control the amount of discharge to be diverted , If this project is still to play role on the flood control system in Iraq ,then a structure at the head of the diversion canal is needed.
